ARTICLE 1: PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, including VAT, and excluding delivery costs, which remain the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs are indicated when the order is placed, in accordance with the terms of Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

They take into account the VAT applicable in France on the date of the order.

If the rate changes, these changes may be reflected in the price of the products without prior notice to the User.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by the Seller are those listed on the website www.hikayat.fr on the day the User visits the Website (hereinafter the "Products").

In addition to the photographs reproduced and illustrating the Products presented, the User is invited to consult the description of each Product to learn about its characteristics.

The Seller undertakes to make every effort to offer Products that conform to the descriptions indicated on the Website www.hikayat.fr.

The Seller undertakes to reproduce the Products as faithfully as possible. However, a slight discrepancy from the presentation images cannot be completely ruled out.

Products are offered for sale while stocks last. Product availability is verified by the Seller at the time the order is prepared.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and Products available for sale. Any dispute regarding this point will be dealt with through a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

Article 3.1: Validating the Cart

The User selects the products they wish to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" box. The selected products are then listed in the "Cart" tab. The User can then check the details of their order in this tab (e.g., products, quantities, price, size, color).

At this stage, if the User has a promo code, they are prompted to enter it before confirming their cart.

Once the information has been verified and/or adjusted, the User can continue their order by clicking on the "Confirm Cart" box.

Article 3.2 Creation of a User Account

To create a User account, the User will be asked to complete a form and provide the following mandatory information: title, last name, first name, and email address.

To learn how the aforementioned data is processed, the User can consult the "Privacy Policy" section.

If desired, the User may log in to their account again during future visits using the username and password they created. If the User forgets their password, they can request a link to generate a new password to log in to their User account.

Article 3.3 Choice of Delivery and Payment Method

Once their shopping cart has been validated, the User is prompted to select their preferred delivery method, in accordance with Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The User then selects their payment method, in accordance with Article 6 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

To allow the User to review their order before finalizing it, the Seller has created validation and acceptance screens. The order will only be definitively registered upon final validation on the order payment screen, i.e., once the User has accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and clicked the following boxes:

"□ I accept the Seller's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and I understand that placing this order requires payment."

"□ Confirm my payment."

Once payment has been confirmed, the order is considered irrevocable, and the User can monitor its processing at any time. At this point, the order cannot be modified (product, quantity, delivery method, etc.).

Article 3.4 Order Tracking

A first email summarizing the User's choices is sent upon confirmation of payment for the order. A second email summarizing the Products shipped and invoiced is sent upon shipment of the order.

The unavailability of a product will therefore be notified to the User in this second email. The User's order will be automatically canceled for the unavailable Product. No debit will be made for credit or debit card payments in such cases.

To benefit from this order tracking service, the User simply needs to log in to their account on the Website and access the "order tracking" section.
• Order registered: your credit card payment has been validated
• Order in preparation: your order is being prepared in our warehouses
• Order shipped: your order is being shipped (you have access to your order tracking number to track its delivery). • Order Cancelled: Your order has been canceled by the Seller due to the unavailability of a Product ordered.
