Refund policy

ARTICLE 9: EXCHANGE AND REFUND TERMS

Following the User's exercise of the right of withdrawal (Article 7), or in the event of non-compliance or a defect in the Products ordered (Article 8), the User may return the ordered Products according to the following terms:

Return to the warehouse
When?
You can return the Product(s) ordered.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to receive a refund for any item that does not fully satisfy you.

Creating your Mondial Relay return form from your customer account is very simple:

- Display the order in question and click on "return one or more items"
- Select the items and quantities to return, including a reason for return
- Then select your return method: Mondial Relay. You will receive a Mondial Relay return label to print and affix to your package, as well as a receipt to add to the items.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Personalized products and gift cards are excluded from returns.

What documents should I provide?
Affix the return label to your package and present the return slip to the parcel relay point.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible; you can request a refund and then place a new order.
Refunds
The refund will appear on the account associated with the payment method used to pay for the order. If you paid by gift card, the refund can only be issued by issuing a new gift card. Contact customer service to obtain one.
The refund for the Product(s) is equal to the price indicated on your invoice (any discounts taken into account). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, upon its arrival at the warehouse (the "Receipt Date"), a refund will be issued for the returned product(s) by crediting the bank card used for the initial payment of the order.
It will be visible within 4-5 working days (interbank delays) from the Receipt Date.
Product Specifics
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, refunds will not be accepted for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Reimbursement of Delivery Costs
Any initial delivery costs will be fully refunded only if the entire order is returned. Furthermore, the Seller is not required to refund additional costs if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the Seller. Return costs are the responsibility of the User, as well as any possible shipping surcharges (specific shipping costs linked to the nature of certain items which cannot normally be returned by Mondial Relay).
