ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY

Article 4.1 Delivery Address

After selecting the delivery method, the User indicates or selects the address to which their order will be delivered. Once the order has been validated, this address cannot be changed subsequently.

Article 4.2 Processing and Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicated on the order form and are provided for informational purposes only.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, the User may not claim compensation of any kind from the Seller.

Consequently, in the event of failure by the Seller to fulfill its delivery obligation on the date or at the expiration of the specified delivery period, or failing that, no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, the User is entitled to cancel their order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Seller, in accordance with Article L. 216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

Furthermore, during sales, promotions, or private sales periods, and due to the large number of orders to be processed during these periods, order processing times may be longer.

Article 4.3 Collection Conditions

In the event of delivery to a collection point, once the package is available at the selected collection point, the User will be informed by email or text message of its availability.

To collect the package, the User must present proof of identity. The User is also advised to bring the email confirming the package's availability with them. Any third party wishing to collect the User's order must present, in addition to the invoice or confirmation email, their own identification, as well as the User's original identification.

In the event that the User fails to collect their order within the delivery timeframes as mentioned [where would this be mentioned?], the order will be automatically returned to the Seller at the end of this period. The User will then be refunded the full amount of their order.

Article 4.4 Transfer of Risk and Specific Cases

The Seller only controls deliveries made by members of its network.

As such, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the User as soon as the Product is delivered to the address chosen by the latter when placing the order. In the event that the User mandates a third-party logistics provider to collect the product from the delivery point specified in the order and transport it to another location, the Seller assumes no liability for any loss or damage to the Products subject to this third-party delivery.

Furthermore, and in this context, the Seller declines all liability for non-compliance of the Products with the regulations and standards applicable in the destination countries of said deliveries, which are not included in the official list of countries distributing the Seller's Products.
