1. Questions relating to ordering and delivery

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are 4 euros per order for France, at a relay point. For other countries of the European Union the costs range between 5.40 euros and 12.60, to be checked when filling out the address information regarding delivery.

Why are shipping costs not offered (or free)?

We do our best to offer you the best quality product at the best price. For this we do not want to charge you hidden costs.

The “free” shipping costs are actually amortized on all product orders.

We wanted to maintain transparency on our prices, so you only pay delivery costs when you are concerned.

Can I have my order shipped by express service?

No, we do not currently offer express delivery.

Can I order and have it shipped internationally?

It is currently possible to order delivery to the following countries:

France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Prtugal.

We do our best to deliver to your other countries of residence.

How is the order shipped?

Your order will be delivered to you by the Mondial Relais service or at home depending on your choice.

What is the delivery time?

Your order will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days for France and within 5 to 7 working days for other European Union countries.

Can I enter a billing address that is different from the shipping address?

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address. Simply enter it during the corresponding ordering step. Please note, however, that the countries indicated in both addresses must be the same. Delivery is only possible to Germany, Austria and France.

My item is damaged. Who do I speak to ?

2. Payment Questions

What payment methods are available to me?

Currently you can pay by credit card or via Shoppay. Upon receipt of payment, your order will be sent to you.

3. Gaming Questions

If I don't speak Arabic, how can I decipher the letters?

Don't worry ! You will receive a sheet with your game which will guide you in your basic Arabic learning. For My Arabic Alphabet you will receive a sheet which will guide you in reading the letters (reading direction and phonetics).

Who can play with My Arabic Alphabet - Abjad?

Anyone curious to discover the language. It is not necessary to have any knowledge of Arabic beforehand.

Adults and children, introduce yourself to the language by starting by learning its alphabet.

Where is the game made?

My Arabic Alphabet is made in Poland with European beech wood.

How do I maintain my wooden letters?

Our games are made of natural beech wood, without varnish or paint. For their proper maintenance, simply wipe them with a damp cloth.
